Steve Jobs, who founded Apple Computer Co. in his family’s garage in 1976 at the age of 21, is one of the leaders of the computer industry. Under the leadership of Steve Jobs, the first iPad was introduced on April 3, 2010. Now, the iPad signed by Steve Jobs may find buyers at a record price. Jobs signed this iPad shortly before he died in 2011.

iPad auction signed by Steve Jobs ends on September 23

RR Auction auction house continues its Apple auctions at full speed. The second check, written by Apple and signed by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, was sold. Additionally, the auction house has a few more gems after rare Apple-related items, such as an Apple computer signed by Wozniak, were auctioned off over the summer.

Meanwhile, the $116.97 check was won with a high bid of $135,261, while the Wozniak-signed computer received a winning bid of $223,520. In addition to these, something else that has diamond value for collectors is on sale: an iPad signed by Steve Jobs. This iPad also has an interesting story behind it. The person who put the signed iPad out to bid was Hawaiian dentist Frank H. Sayre.

Sayre treated Jobs for a dental emergency on the island in 2010. Jobs wanted to pay, but at that time the dentist did not charge out-of-town fees for emergency appointments. Although he refused to accept payment, the doctor agreed to send a signed iPad to auction for a foundation he was involved with.

Even after several months, Jobs did not return to the office and the signed iPad did not reach the doctor. The dentist then sent a check to Jobs’ office to purchase the iPad at auction. But he soon received a message from Jobs’ personal assistant, LaNita Burkhead. The message read: “Steve asked me to send you the attached signed iPad (32 GB, Wi-Fi + 3G). “We will refund your check because it is a personal gift from Steve.” There were statements.

The auction will end on September 23, and after 10 bids, the highest bid is currently $11,794. The next bid will be $12,974. In addition to the signed iPad, the winning bidder will also receive the original box, power cable, USB cable with the famous 30-pin plug, and a SIM tool.
