Last month, it was revealed that Xiaomi is working on iOS-like widgets for MIUI. Although these widgets look similar to those on iOS at first glance, you can feel the Android texture. The highly anticipated new widgets have been released on the beta channel.

According to the statement made from MIUI’s official Weibo account, these iOS-like widgets are in the beta channel. During the initial testing phase, only a few third-party app developers supported this change to the system. But now Xiaomi has stated that 6 popular developers in China have updated their apps for compatibility and even introduced their own widgets.
