With iOS 17, Apple has further enhanced the “Visual Explore” functionality. As you know, this feature could identify sights, sculptures, artworks, plants and pets appearing in photos. The company from Cupertino added the symbols on the cars among these.

The feature can also provide information about other signs such as climate control icons, headlight options and defrosting on the dashboard, apart from the instrument panel. iOS 17 users will be able to see what they mean practically by taking a photo of these symbols.
For this, it will be enough to open the photo and touch the small steering wheel-shaped icon at the bottom. It should be noted that this feature can even detect more than one symbol in the same image. iOS 17 is currently in developer beta testing. The public beta version will be released in July. The operating system will be generally available in September.
