Introducing the new generation Watch series smart watches with the new iPhone 14 series at the beginning of September, Apple also entered the iOS 16 and watchOS 9 era. However, iOS 16 debuted with some errors, especially iPhone 14 users, which made them regret buying a new phone.

While Apple continues to release new updates for operating systems, the new version of iOS 16 and WatchOS 9 came today. iOS 16.0.3 and watchOS 9.0.2 have been released. Let’s take a look at the fixes with Apple’s new operating system versions.

Bugs fixed with iOS 16.0.3:

iOS 16.0.3 was an update that fixed critical bugs in the system before the iOS 16.1 operating system, which will offer new features. The bugs fixed with the new update are listed as follows:

  • Delayed or no call and application notifications on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models,
  • Low volume during CarPlay calls on iPhone 14 models,
  • Freezing or slowing down when opening the camera application or switching modes on iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro Max models,
  • The device crashes if it receives an incorrect email.

Although there have been reports of iPhone 14 users experiencing flickering on the screen, this problem did not appear in the notes of Apple’s new update. It is unknown whether the issue has been fixed with the update.

Bugs fixed with watchOS 9.0.2:

  • Interruption while playing music on Spotify,
  • For AssistiveTouch users, the snooze notification continues after the alarm is cleared,
  • Missing syncing of Wallet and Fitness data for newly paired Apple Watch,
  • Microphone cutout for some Apple Watch Series 8 and Ultra users.
