Two weeks after Apple released the iOS 15.3 update, we came up with iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1 versions. Not only limited to iPhone and iPad, Apple has also released an update for Mac and Apple Watch models.
What does the iOS 15.3.1 update offer?
The update note states: Contains important security updates for your iPhone and fixes an issue that could cause Braille displays to stop responding.
Looking in more detail at Apple’s notes, we see that the WebKit bug that allowed maliciously crafted web content to lead to arbitrary code execution has been fixed.
To install the 250 MB update, all you have to do is go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Apple emphasizes that it has a report that the vulnerability may have been actively exploited, so it recommends users to update it as soon as possible.
