Tim Harrison, IOHK vice president of community and ecosystems, responded to speculation that the Vasil Hard Fork will be delayed.
According to rumors circulating online, major issues have been identified in the Cardano Vasil Hard Fork that could delay the launch until August. IOHK, on the other hand, claimed that everything was proceeding as planned. According to the source, SPOs must upgrade to the latest for the Vasil Hard Fork to be successful, but with just two weeks until the scheduled launch, it seems more likely that the deadlines will be met.
Tim Harrison stated that on Monday, June 20, the community will be informed about the progress of Vasil HFC.
Information previously shared by IOHK
While the community awaits Monday’s update, it may be worth mentioning previous updates shared by IOHK regarding Vasil Hard Fork. On June 7, IOHK announced in a series of tweets that Vasil is in the final mile of the HFC event and that this work is going smoothly.
