One of the biggest uncertainties about Elon Musk since he aspires to buy Twitter has been his CEO role. Musk, who has not made a statement about his Twitter CEO to date and just wants to make changes on the platform, spoke for the first time.

Elon Musk: I don’t care about being Twitter CEO

It started to emerge what Elon Musk was talking about, who was interviewing Twitter employees a few days ago. Allegedly, Elon Musk said he “doesn’t care” about being the CEO of the company . Musk wants to move forward in a way that he can make faster decisions instead of his CEO role.

According to the news in Insider, the richest person in the world has not yet decided whether to become a Twitter manager. It is even possible to say that Musk did not even aspire to this seat during his meeting with Twitter employees.

It looks like Elon Musk wants to make decisions as fast as possible for Twitter. He underlined that he wants to treat employees not as managers, but only as ‘someone who wants to do something’. Tesla CEO made the following statement to Twitter employees:

“Being a CEO has many responsibilities. And I just want to make sure Twitter is running fast and smooth. I really don’t care what the quest title is. But people definitely need to listen to me .”

It should be reminded that Elon Musk has said similar things about his own companies SpaceX and Tesla before. In fact, Musk preferred to use different titles instead of the CEO role. Last year, Tesla had chosen himself as the “ Techno King ” (King of Technology) in the decision taken on the board of directors.

Musk also said in another interview that he believes the positions on the board are “fake”. “All these headlines are simply made up. So the CEO, CFO or general counsel doesn’t make any sense,” he said.
