Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk made a remarkable statement regarding the US Presidential election held in 2020. Stating that he chose Joe Biden because the US citizens wanted “less drama”, Musk did not neglect to criticize Trump, who is thought to be close to him.
The threads between Elon Musk and US President Joe Biden are once again tense. Biden, who did not invite Tesla to the EV meeting held at the White House before, could not escape Musk’s criticism. Musk described Biden as “a human-shaped sock puppet” after Tesla was not invited.
Elon Musk: People chose Biden because they wanted less drama
Although the world’s richest person, Elon Musk, has said many times that he will not engage in active politics, he does not neglect to criticize politics. Musk’s last statement was about the US Presidential elections held in 2020.
In his latest tweet, Musk said, “Biden’s mistake is to transform the country. “He thought he was chosen for the movie but actually everybody wanted less drama.” It is not entirely clear what the Tesla CEO means by “drama”, but we have seen that former President Trump has stressed the agenda with false statements many times.
Elon Musk, in another tweet he shared the other day, said that a less divisive candidate than Trump would be correct. He also stated that he does not see any problems with the former President returning to Twitter. We do know, though, that Trump will remain on his own social media platform, Truth Social.
“While I think a less divisive candidate would be better in 2024, I think Trump’s Twitter account should be given back.”
Although Elon Musk is generally not good with politicians, he claimed that Trump could not be elected because of his “divisiveness”. Still, he believes Trump’s Twitter account should be opened.
