If you have a few pieces of lego on your carpet, it will hurt a lot when you step on them. But if you hit Galax’s lego-looking DDR5 RAM, it’s probably going to hurt even more. Galax, which we know with its graphics cards, introduced its RAM, which uses an up-to-date standard such as DDR5. This may be the new toy of old-looking system collectors.

Galax returns to market with lego-looking RAM

Galax, which has been quiet for a while in the RAM market, announced its new memory running at a frequency of 4,800 MHz. DDR4 memory can reach this frequency at the highest point, but we are talking about DDR5 memory. This frequency, which is not much higher than DDR5, aside from this, we know almost nothing about the features of RAM. Although we do not have technical information, it will be the design that fascinates most of those who will prefer this memory.

Perhaps the most interesting detail about memory is that it is indeed Lego on the outside. Of course, not the ones with plastic parts, but it is possible to put a real lego on this memory. You can even make things crazier by installing RGB lego modules.

It is not the first time that RAM manufacturers produce RAM with such different designs. We’ve even seen specially designed memories for Cyberpunk 2077 before. Galax’s new memory, on the other hand, is more of the kind that will bring out the child in you. In addition, if it is compatible with other system parts, these RAMs can almost shine on the motherboard.

RAMs currently have 16GB options, it is known that 8GB and 32GB (in single memory) options will come in the future. Although it is not known what their speed will be if they are overclocked, we have high expectations from a new technology such as DDR5. We will learn technical details about this memory in the coming days. What do you guys think about the design?
