The main reason why I reply via DM is to not interrupt the interaction and to provide more detailed information. Because after the price, questions about shipping and payment usually come. I am sending you the image containing both these and all our products.

In other words, I also show product B to a person who is curious about product A. Not showing other products causes me to experience what is called cross-selling.
