Why are prices given via DM? How do we know that prices are not determined individually?
Business owner Atakan Uslu: People sometimes get angry with us when they see us from the outside. It is thought that a personalized price is given, but it has absolutely nothing to do with it. In fact, although the price and all the details are fixed on our website, many people ask for the price under the posts on Instagram. The main reason why I reply via DM is to not interrupt the interaction and to provide more detailed information. Because after the price, questions about shipping and payment usually come. I am sending you the image containing both these and all our products.
In other words, I also show product B to a person who is curious about product A. Not showing other products causes me to experience what is called cross-selling. I also let you know what the condition of the product is, what the shipping options are, etc. In other words, this is beneficial to the customer as he learns other details and we make the process easier.
When I write the price and another person comes who is curious about the same product, that person will see the price in the comments and will not write a comment or interact with me in any way. However, when they ask for a price, we DM everyone one by one. As I said, the prices are written 24/7 on the site, but some people do not click on the site or come; They want to see on Instagram, they want to continue communication on Instagram.
Apart from these, there are also various factors.
