Football club Inter Milan (FC Internazionale Milano) has announced that it will remove their logo if payments are not received from the jersey sponsor, DigitalBits.

We often come across sponsorship examples from football clubs and crypto companies. Nearly all of the 20 clubs in the Premier League last year had at least one crypto sponsor at the top or bottom level. Premier League champions Man City have deals with OKX, Manchester United with Tezos, Chelsea with WhaleFin and Socios with six Premier League clubs. Inter, one of the biggest representatives of Italy, is among these clubs, but it has partnership problems with its new sponsor DigitalBits.

Inter To Remove DigitalBits Logos From Their Shirts If They Don’t Get Paid

According to the news in SempreInter, Inter will remove the logo of crypto company DigitalBits from its jersey if it does not receive sponsorship payments.

Inter, which signed a sponsorship agreement with DigitalBits at the beginning of this season, announced that it could not receive sponsorship payments. With the deal, DigitalBits became Inter’s main jersey sponsor, but did not pay for the sponsorship. Thereupon, the football club announced that it will remove the DigitalBits logo from the jersey if sponsorship payments are not received by January 2023.

Inter is looking for a new main sponsor to replace the cryptocurrency company, if they can’t find it; Starting in January, they will be playing without a main sponsor or with a charity sponsor, similar to when Barcelona played with UNICEF in front of their kit.
