Intel’s new mobile graphics cards Arc A770M and A550M appeared in 3DMark

Introducing Arc Alchemist mobile graphics cards exclusive to the Chinese market, Intel has started to bring the entry model of the series, the A370M, to other markets. While the company kept its silence about the top model variants of the series, A550M, A730M and A770M, 3DMark tests of the A550M and A770M were shared by Rogame.

Arc A770M catches up with mobile RTX 3070

Arc A550M, which is the mid-range solution of the series and hosts the 16 Xe-core ACM-G10 chip, manages to score 6017 points in 3DMark Time Spy. However, it should be noted that the tests are considered invalid according to 3DMark rules, as they are performed with Intel APO (Advanced Performance Optimizations) enabled.

Based on the 32 Xe-core ACM-G10 chip, the Arc A770M scores 13244 points in 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme with the Core i7-12700H. We can say that the score in question is quite close to the mobile RTX 3070, which was tested with the same processor. However, it is unknown whether Intel APO is enabled in the tests performed.

According to Intel’s statements, the Arc A770M is expected to be about 12 percent faster than the mobile RTX 3060. Although the shared 3DMark results confirm this, we can say that the main difference will appear in the gaming tests.
