Intel wanted to enter the graphics card market a while ago, and it finally did. Introducing the Intel Xe graphics card in 2020, Intel is preparing for the next Arc Alchemist graphics card. It looks like Intel won’t stop there, either.

According to the information given by an Intel employee, Intel will release a new graphics card every year, thus bringing a new dimension to the competition with AMD and NVIDIA. While it is claimed that Intel has built the 1st generation Alchemist graphics cards up to the 4th generation models, it is said that the Arc Druid card will be released in 2025.

Here is Intel’s leaked roadmap:

  • Alchemist – 2022
  • Battlemage – 2023
  • Celestial – 2024
  • Druid – 2025

Although there is not much information about graphics cards at the moment, photos of Arc Alchemist have recently leaked. It is stated that the Arc Alchemist graphics card, which is said to have a power consumption of 225W, will have 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. Arc Alchemist is expected to hit shelves in the first quarter of 2022. But when the other members of the series will arrive, we’ll have to wait and see.
