Intel’s 13th generation Raptor Lake processors will show themselves soon. We’ve learned a lot about the highly anticipated new processors so far. Finally, the details reveal that Intel has taken a big step in its battle with AMD.

Core i9-13900K beats Ryzen 9 7950X

Images from Intel’s presentations for its new processors in India have taken their place on the internet. According to the details shared in the presentation, Intel claims that the new Core i9-13900K CPU is faster than the Ryzen 9 7950X in games.

In the figures revealed in the presentation, Intel’s Raptor Lake and AMD’s Zen 4 architectures are compared. In the resulting image, Intel shares the comparison made in multiple popular games. Accordingly, the 13th generation Intel processor shows better results than the Ryzen 9 7950X, except for just one of the 12 games.

When we move on to content creation, we encounter more balanced results. Among 6 different applications, we see that Intel Raptor Lake has an advantage in AutoCAD. On the other hand, the fact that Intel’s new processor does not include Cinebench scores has surprised many.

When it comes to its new processors, Intel emphasizes ‘leadership’ in gaming performance, while ‘performance increase’ in content creation. Intel also underlines that in certain situations, its new processors show up to 41 percent performance increase compared to Alder Lake.

According to Alder Lake, Intel reaches significant performance and efficiency figures with its new Raptor Lake processors. Noting that the new processors are much more efficient, Intel claims that the 13900K shows the same performance with only 25 percent of the power used by the 12900K.

Intel’s new 13th generation processors seem to have taken an important step forward in every sense. So what do you think about Intel Raptor Lake processors? You can share your views with us in the comments section.
