Intel Arc Pro A40M appeared on support pages

Announcing the Arc graphics architecture for mobile systems, Intel is preparing for promotions for desktop and workstations in the coming period. However, graphics cards related to workstations became official, albeit indirectly.

What does the Intel Arc Pro A40M offer?

In the past weeks, we have seen the Intel Arc Pro A30M entry-level graphics card in the posters prepared for the Dell Precision 5470 mobile workstation. This week, the Intel Arc Pro A40M appeared on Dell official support pages again. The Intel Arc Pro A40M option, which will be offered with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX A1000, is based on the ACM-G11 core and is a relatively weaker version.

These cards are mobile versions seems to reflect. The Intel Arc A350M graphics card has 768 processing units, 6 ray tracing cores, 1150MHz frequency and 4GB GDDR6 on a 64-bit bus with a power consumption of 25W-35W.

Intel Arc A370M graphics card has 1024 processing units, 8 ray tracing cores, 1550MHz frequency, 4GB 64-bit GDDR6, 35W-50W energy values. The Intel Arc Pro A30M is probably based on one of these. For the Intel Arc Pro A40M, the ACM-G10 core is spoken and is expected to be one click above.
