Intel Arc series will be offered to customers in 3 different categories as expected. The Intel Arc 3 category is targeting entry-level laptops and will be available shortly. Intel Arc 5 series focuses on midrange, while Intel Arc 7 targets high end systems.
GeForce RTX 3090 Ti goes on sale: Here’s the price
First Intel Arc A350M, one of the graphics cards that will be released, has 6 Xe cores. Estimates are that there are 16 compute clusters in each core and 8 units in each cluster. Next to the 6 RT lines, 4GB of GDDR6 memory is positioned. 1150MHz base speed draws energy between 25W-35W.
Intel Arc 370M comes with 8 processing clusters and 8 RT cores. 1550MHz base frequency consumes 35W-50W energy. We will see these two graphics cards in laptop models starting with $ 899. Cards that focus on Fuchsh HD 60fps games offer up to twice the performance increase compared to integrated graphics.
Intel Arc 5 series currently uses the A550M graphics card. It has 16 clusters and 16RT cores, as well as 8GB of GDDR6 memory. In the Intel ARC 7 series, we see 24 and 32 Xe cores
. On this front, there are players who will compete with high-end cards such as the RTX 3070 and RTX 3080. These models will be on the market towards the end of the year.
On the other hand, XMX AI engine that handles artificial intelligence, Intel XeSS technology with Nvidia DLSS-like scaling, industry’s first full AV1 acceleration, between CPU and GPU Deep Link, which makes efficient resource allocation, and Hyper Compute, which accelerates artificial intelligence processes, and Hyper Encode will be offered to Arc series graphics cards within the year. It also comes with the more useful Intel Arc control panel.
