Intel ARC B770 may be confirmed: rival to RTX 5070
Intel rolled up his sleeves for the second largest breakthrough in the video card market, Arc Battlemage GPUs. As you know, the first generation of Arc Alchemist’s successor was introduced as the successor, previously appeared with the Intel Arc B580 and B570 models. Now, according to the codes added to the Linux nucleus, the RTX 5070 or RTX 4060 Ti can be on a stronger GPU road that will compete with Super.

RTX 5070 and RTX 4060 Ti Super is coming to competing

As it is known, Intel’s current Battlemage series is limited to Arc B580 and ARC B570. While the B580 attracted great attention with its competitive pricing, no official explanation has been made about a higher level of model. However, the new PCI IDs seen in the Linux kernel update show that a stronger model like the B770 may be on the road.

According to information shared by Tomasz Gawroński, the model may be at least to compete with the RTX 4070. In fact, depending on the pricing, an option that will compete to RTX 5070 may arise. Intel positioned the A770 as a flagship in the Arc Alchemist series. Now we can see a similar move with Battlemage.

On the other hand, Intel’s long -term GPU plans are on the agenda. According to Gawroński, the Celestial series, which will come after Battlemage, is already in the preparation phase. Battlemage B770’s technical details and release date have not yet been shared. However, in 2025, new announcements from Intel are expected to arrive.
