Integrated GPU AMD Radeon 780M retested
For those who don’t know, the integrated Radeon 780M will offer 12 Compute Units, similar to the last generation Rembrandt Zen3+ processors. In addition, the top model HS processors will come up with clock speeds of 2.7 GHz and 2.8 GHz.
It seems that AMD has managed to improve the performance of the new graphics unit by 4 percent. In addition, the new integrated GPU, which surpasses the desktop GTX 1050, seems to be positioned between the RTX 2050 and RTX 2060.
Next generation integrated graphics solutions with RDNA 3 architecture, including Radeon 780M, will ship with Ryzen 7040 “Phoenix” APUs with 35-45 Watt TDP. The new processors, which will be released next March, are expected to protect Radeon-exclusive technologies such as ray tracing, FSR and RSR.
