Like all social media platforms, Instagram is constantly trying to add new features and offer a better experience to its user base. While the functions added day by day increase the competition among the applications, they also play a big role in gaining the appreciation of the users.
Some information about the new function coming to the app has been leaked. According to this information, with the new feature that Facebook wants to add to Instagram, the photo sharing application will become a much better social network. Moreover, this function is one of the features that many people want to come to the application. Here are the upcoming new “Edit Grid” feature and details…
It is now possible to manage Instagram post ordering
After the chronological flow order feature that everyone has been waiting for, Instagram has now rolled up its sleeves for an innovation that is almost the opposite of this. Application researcher Alessandro Paluzzi gave information about this new feature and shared the screenshots he took while the function was running on his Twitter account.
This feature named “Edit Grid” allows you to arrange the posts you share on your Instagram account according to the order you want. The feature will appear in the profile settings, and users will be able to organize their posts in any order they want, without having to be in a chronological order. This makes it quite the opposite of the chronological flow feature.
“Edit Grid” seems to please many users. However, this is not the only information leaked about the features that will come to the platform. Paluzzi also gave information about stickers, another innovation that Instagram is working on. These new stickers added on the stories also include a new reaction emoji that you can use by selecting the emoji you want. It is not yet known when all these new functions will be available.
