Users first need to create a kind of group name starting with @ that will gather all the people in the group together. This will allow everyone to be automatically tagged in any new story and be reused by anyone in the group.
Users will no longer have to deal with tagging individual photos taken with their family or friends. Mosseri did not say when the feature, which is currently in testing, will be available, but when Instagram tests something new, it usually reaches all users before long.
