Process technology will not change

According to the shared leaks, it is claimed that the new cards, which are expected to be produced with 6nm process technology, will continue with the 7nm process technology, which is also seen in the current RX60XX series. Based on the leaked information, we can say that the RX 6950XT, 6850XT and 6750XT models that will be updated with the 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory used in the RX 6900XT Liquid Edition and RX 6500 XT models will offer a small memory speed increase.

Although it is said by all sources that the new cards will receive memory speed upgrades, it is not yet known whether there will be changes in other technical features of the cards. Because Nvidia, which released additional models to the RTX 30xx series, only increased the memory capacity of the cards.
