The next generation iPhone SE will be powered by the A15 chip
According to information published by SiliconSong, Apple will continue to use the A15 chipset in the new generation iPhone SE. The device, which is also expected to have a USB-C connection and OLED display, will have almost the same design as the iPhone 14. Thus, iPhone SE can be used comfortably with iPhone 14 cases.
Although SiliconSong does not detail the A15 chipset to be used in the device, Apple is expected to use the set with 5 graphics cores in this generation. This decision of the company will probably allow the iPhone SE to have an affordable price. In addition, according to some sources, the new SE will be the first device with the company’s own made 5G modem. The 4th generation iPhone SE, which is expected to be quite ambitious at the medium level, will probably be introduced in 2024.
