Infinix develops an innovative cooling technology

Trying to expand its market share in the smart phone market with price-performance products, Infinix strives to develop devices that will benefit consumers with different innovations. 3D steam room design is the latest example.

What is Infinix 3D VCC technology?

As the performance of smartphones increased, the need for cooling systems arose. The cooling components that we see in desktop systems such as steam rooms and fans are now also available in miniature-style mobile devices. Manufacturers are working to optimize these systems.

3D Vapor Cloud Chamber – 3D VCC vapor chamber technology developed by Infinix starts a new era in cooling systems. Adding a bump to the traditional vapor chamber design, this technology improves cooling performance.

Thanks to the protrusion, the water storage of the steam room is slightly increased. Thus, more water is circulated in the design and can cool mobile devices by around 3 degrees. However, there is still one point that needs improvement.

The protrusion design is capable of disrupting the water cycle in a typical steam room. Engineers have managed to maintain the normal water cycle with a sophisticated vein structure and advanced welding technique. Currently, work is being done to make this design more efficient. It is also looking for ways to efficiently cool other components by adding more protrusions. Efforts are also being made to integrate this design into more suitable points in the chassis.
