Regulation will be raised until 1 July

According to the statements of Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, a regulation will be made for the new speed limits on highways. Saying that this arrangement is planned to be raised until July 1, Süleyman Soylu did not give a clear date. In other words, if you are going to use the highway, let us state that you should not exceed 132 km / h for a few more months in order to avoid fines. So why did the government take such a decision?
