Apple released iPhone 13 models a few weeks ago. Even before the launch of the series, various information about the iPhone 14 series began to come. At this point, we saw that there was no change in the appearance of the iPhone 13 series, except for a few internal improvements.
The design that Apple has used in recent years has been a standard appearance of devices since the iPhone X models. Recently, some render images of the iPhone 14 Pro model have appeared on the internet. When we look at the images, it shows that the design will change with new devices.
iPhone 14 Pro adopts punch-hole camera design
When we look at the resulting images, we see that the iPhone 14 Pro model will not adopt the notch design. At this point, it turned out that it will use the punch-hole camera design that has been on Android smartphones for years. It should be noted that this situation is not a common use even for Android phone manufacturers. That’s because most of the manufacturers’ pill-shaped hole designs aren’t right in the middle of the screen. It is usually located on the left side of the screen.
The screen-to-body ratio will increase with the new screen design
The new screen design that will come with the iPhone 14 also increases the screen-to-body ratio. It will be lower than current Android phones though. Apple’s design is specifically designed to embed FaceID components with the highest security facial recognition. The long pill-shaped punch-hole camera doesn’t promise much visually. However, we can say that it has made a big leap from the notch design.
