Six billion SHIB burned in March
ShibBurn Twitter account, which tracks burning Shiba tokens, announced that a total of 463,342,447 SHIBs were burned among 31 transactions in the last 24 hours. A few hours later, a significant amount of SHIB was burned, bringing the current total to 473,287,839 SHIB, according to the SHIBburn website. The mourning SHIB burned in March alone has reached six billion with 430 transactions.
Meanwhile, whale accumulation continues. The latest data shared by WhaleStats reveals that a whale named “Bombur” received 175.2 billion SHIB worth approximately $4.4 million. Earlier, WhaleStats reported purchases from another top ETH whale named “Gimli” by SHIB. On March 30, “Gimli” bought a total of 421,370,420,624 SHIBs in two major transfers and paid a total of $11,313,795.
