It can easily be said that Elon Musk’s “weird” behavior has a special reputation on the Internet. Now, bizarre images of him kissing a robot have taken the internet by surprise.
David Marven, CEO of a construction company, shared photos of Musk with different humanoid robots on the internet, “Elon Musk reveals his future wife, who is he?” asked the question.
Marven tweeted, “Of course, there is no normal person with all the desired features. For this reason, this may be the first robot to be produced with the personality and characteristics of the woman he dreams of, and features that are not found in any normal human being.” He then said that “Catnilla” is a solar-powered robot that doesn’t need to be charged and is “equipped with sensory tools that make him feel unhappy and happy.”
However, he later admitted that these images were not real. Explaining that these strange images were actually produced using artificial intelligence, Marven said that the purpose of his sharing was to “clarify the dangers of AI”.
While Twitter users made many different comments about the photos, they also sent tweets that approached the event with more fun, such as “Black Mirror trailer just dropped”.
Tesla released a video last week of five of its Optimus robots jumping and moving. These capabilities, however, fell far short of what was promised at the initial launch of the $20,000 prototype, which was criticized by experts. Despite this, Musk describes these robots as his “friends”.
Tesla Optimus made fun of
Cynthia Yeung, head of product at plus One Robotics, tweeted, “None of this is cutting-edge,” adding: “Recruit a few PhD students and go to some robotics conferences @Tesla.”
Judging by his tweet, artificial intelligence researcher Filip Piekniewski was also not impressed with this fun-loving robot.
The Optimus has WiFi and LTE connectivity and runs on the company’s autopilot software. Tesla says the Optimus can carry a 20-pound bag in one hand and has optimized joints.
