Images from NASA’s historical moon mission were shared: Here are the first frames

Developed by Firefly Aerospace, the Blue Ghost spacecraft shared its first view within the scope of the Moon landing mission. The spacecraft, which was launched about two weeks ago, descends to the moon surface and aims to sign the second commercial month landing so far.

The first landscapes were shared with the public within the scope of the landing mission to the Moon. This mission carried out within the framework of NASA’s Artemis program was planned to perform scientific experiments and technology tests.

FIRST SQUARES FROM THE MONTH TRIP

Blue Ghost spacecraft has been moving in orbit since its launch. Task is the orbit of motor ignition by the vehicle, the vehicle in the coming days “Lunar Transit” with the route called the moon will begin to start a real trip to the Moon. NASA announced that the spacecraft has achieved the second motor ignition required for orbit to exit, and that the preparations for landing for the Moon are progressing without any problems. In this process, Blue Ghost recorded the first images of the Moon when it was in the orbit of Earth.

Blue Ghost spacecraft carries scientific devices on NASA and various research institutions. In the midst of these devices, there is a drilling vehicle used for sample collection and measurement devices to examine the magnetic field of the Moon. During the mission, the performance of these equipment is inspected. NASA announced that all of the devices continue to work without any problems. The spacecraft is scheduled to land on the surface of the moon at the beginning of March. The developments related to this task carried out within the scope of Artemis program are already a great curiosity.
