Too many games on your Ubisoft account that you haven’t used for a while? Then we suggest you check your e-mail. Because if you don’t, you may find that your account and all your games with it are deleted.
That’s the case, according to a social media post by Ubisoft that showed Twitter user PC_enjoyer an email that said his account and the games connected to it could be deleted if he didn’t log into his account and click the “Cancel Account Lockout” link within the next 30 days.

Interestingly, Ubisoft’s own certified support team responded to its Twitter account; assured that their accounts and games would be safe if they clicked the link.
However, for some people in the comments of the post, it was too late. One person stated that all the Ubisoft games he bought are no longer available. Another user said that because the email service has been shut down, he no longer has access to the email address in his account and cannot access the CD Keys in the account.
Ubisoft invited both players to get in touch for help recovering their accounts. Other players who have been contacted about the account deletion issue have been told that Ubisoft has not “closed active accounts”, but no one is quite sure how often you need to log into your account to keep it “active”.
