South Korea-based multinational automotive company Hyundai has announced that it will be the first automaker to enter the community-based NFT market. The company has announced that it will launch its NFT collection this week.

Hyundai Motor Company will launch the Shooting Star, the first exclusive metamobility NFT collection next week, via the official NFT website, according to the company’s statement.

Shooting Star NFT collection makes Hyundai the first automobile brand in the industry. The entry into the world of NFT started with Hyundai’s limited edition collection called the x Meta Kongz.

Hyundai had created a dedicated website for the online community, as well as dedicated channels on Discord and Twitter for the NFT community. The company, which has reached nearly 127 thousand members so far, has reached 86 thousand people on Twitter in a short time.

The company also hosts various events for NFT. Members actively serve the community by posting their own posts and photos. Members buy the shares they like and use them for their own work or for hobby purposes.

Will Be Released on May 9-10

Hyundai, and on May 9-10, 10 thousand photos on the official NFT website, Ethereum-based “Shooting” Star” will be sold under the name NFT. While choosing this system because of its reliability, the company also plans to modify it to be more sustainable in the future.
