The moments when the humanoid robot Ameca dialogued with visitors who wanted to see it at the technology fair CES were recorded by a TikTok user. The sharing, which shows the moments when Ameca jokes, has been watched millions of times.
While some of the audience found the robot’s speech scary, some said they were quite impressed.

He’s making jokes!
In the video, the humanoid robot Ameca tells the visitor, who wears a tiara with rabbit-shaped ears, “I see rabbit ears.” Afterwards, a young man in the crowd said, “Do you have a boyfriend?” he asks. Ameca, on the other hand, replies “I don’t have a boyfriend” and continues as follows: Are you asking about a friend?”
After the young man said “I am asking for myself”, Ameca continues as follows. : I understand. Sorry, I’m not in the market. Robots don’t relate. Or do you have a boyfriend?
