In this process, the company, which was faced with many heavy sanctions, from the prohibition of companies such as TSMC to produce its own processor, to the loss of Google support, made various moves such as HarmonyOS to reduce its commitment to the USA.
As it will be remembered, the P50 series was introduced in July. These devices were also the first models to come with the HarmonyOS operating system. Perhaps the only criticism of the series, which draws attention with its powerful features, was that it lacked 5G support. However, a recently leaked new image revealed that Huawei is also working on a 5G variant of the series.
Huawei P50 Pro 5G officially leaked
Although there are not many details about the Huawei P50 Pro 5G model at the moment, it was recently leaked on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. When we look at the shared images, we can easily say that the smartphone with the “IDEALS” logo on the back cover is a test version. Let’s add that such devices are not produced for sale, but only for internal testing.
It is not clear at the moment what differences the 5G-supported variant will have compared to the standard model. However, it is among the information that the device will be equipped with the Kirin 9000 5G processor. As it is known, the Huawei P50 series is expected to come to European markets with the global launch to be held early next year. It is claimed that various developments related to the 5G supported version will also be experienced at this event.
