Leaving behind a successful year in the smartphone and tablet world, Huawei held an event to offer some of its products, which it introduced in China, for sale in the global market before the end of 2023. One of the products introduced at the event was Huawei MatePad Air.
Huawei MatePad Air PaperMatte Edition arrives at 649 euros
The model took the stage in the global market under the name Huawei MatePad Air PaperMatte Edition. As we can understand from the name “Air”, it has a thin and light design. While it is in the same class as other thin tablets with its thickness of 6.4 mm, it took center stage with its weight of only 508 grams. MatePad Air’s 11.5-inch screen was introduced with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The tablet, which draws attention with its thin frame, offers a maximum high brightness of 500 nits. Additionally, the screen has a 144 Hz refresh rate.
The four-speaker audio system delivers powerful and high-quality sound, and the balance of bass and treble is improved thanks to Histen 8.0 sound technology. There are cameras of sufficient quality for video calls, and the rear camera also stands out with its document scanning and night mode performance.
