Huawei Mate X3 Pro 5G appeared on the horizon
According to new reports, Huawei may introduce three new devices at HDC 2033, including the Huawei Mate 60 4G, Mate 60 5G and Mate X3 Pro 5G. For those who don’t know, Huawei Mate X3, introduced in the first half of this year, debuted with a foldable form factor, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and 4G support. Let us also remind you that it is a thinner and lighter device than the iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a weight of only 239 grams.
As reported, the Huawei Mate X3 Pro will be an updated version of its predecessor. It is also stated that, unlike its predecessor, it will have 5G support. On the other hand, it is not yet clear whether there will be a change in the chipset design of the X3 Pro. Because some leaks point to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform.
If this is confirmed, we can say that the Huawei Mate X3 Pro will compete with foldable phones such as the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, Honor Magic V2 and Vivo X Fold 2. We’ll have to wait and see what the device has to offer. We expect more details to be shared in the coming weeks.
