HTC brand has introduced a new mid-range smartphone. The model named Wildfire E2 Play, which was announced quietly, carries a 6.82-inch IPS screen with a drop notch. The panel in question has a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, a contrast ratio of 1500:1 and a brightness of 450 nits.Wildfire E2 Play comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot. Based on the Unisoc T606 processor, the device comes out of the box with Android 12 installed. Fingerprint scanner is placed on the back panel. It also supports face unlock feature.
Quad rear camera
The smartphone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The rear camera system consists of a 48-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It should be noted that the LED flash is located in the upper right corner of the module.
Wildfire E2 Play comes with a 4,600mAh battery with 10W charging support. We can list its other prominent features as dual SIM slots, 4G VoLTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. The price tag and release date of the device, which will be offered in black and blue, have not been disclosed. But judging by its features, it will be budget friendly.
