Taiwanese manufacturer HTC recently launched the HTC U23 Pro smartphone. The company has now introduced a more “modest” version of the device. The main difference in the model called HTC U23 lies in the rear camera system.
The smartphone has a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 120-degree viewing angle, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. As you may remember, the Pro version had a quad camera consisting of 108 + 8 + 5 + 2 megapixel sensors.
However, the HTC U23 is offered in a single configuration, 8/128 GB. The Pro variant has two options, 8/256GB and 12/256GB. The new device also supports HTC’s metaverse platform, called VIVERSE, just like the previous model.
HTC did not reveal when the smartphone will go on sale and its price tag.
