A new God of War PC mod makes Sony Santa Monica’s legendary game playable on Windows 7 and Windows 8 systems. Some users may wonder why it would be interesting to run God of War on ten-year-old operating systems, but it is thought that better performance can be achieved on these operating systems.
Sony Santa Monica’s Windows support for God of War is limited to 10 and 11 only. But thanks to the unofficial PC mode, the game changes the OS version detection and allows it to launch on Windows 7 and 8.
