How to set downloaded music as ringtone on iPhone 📲
1. Download GarageBand
2. Import your downloaded music
3. Shorten the song to 30 seconds
4. Export the track as ringtone
5. Select standard ringtone
Set iTunes purchased music as ringtone 🎵
Open iTunes and select a song.
If there is a cloud icon next to the song, right click and download it.
Right-click the song and select Song Information, then Options.
Enter the start and end times and confirm. (should not exceed 30 seconds)
From the File menu, choose Convert – Create AAC version.
There will be two versions of the song (Normal and tone).
Right click on the tone version and select show in file explorer.
Rename the tone version (like songname.m4r)
Connect your iPhone to the computer.
Click the iPhone icon and drag the ringtone there.
