Mad Money host Jim Cramer, broadcast on CNBC, said that there may be a strong price increase in Ethereum. Cramer talked about the 40% rise, but this has caused unease in the cryptocurrency community as the company has suffered losses, especially after what he said about Netflix.
The host of Mad Money mentioned that it is possible for Ethereum to increase by 35% in the future and told his audience that he is “believing” about it. However, despite such an optimistic view of Ethereum, the cryptocurrency community reacted against Cramer’s prediction. The reason for such negative feelings about prediction is due to Cramer’s “magical” talent. Some members of the cryptocurrency community even described his calls as “Cramer’s curse.”
According to the Ethereum daily chart provided by TradingView, the coin has been struggling to make a recovery and has converged around local support for the past four days – suggesting that there isn’t enough purchasing power to push ETH higher. In the long run, Ethereum is now moving in an uptrend, only forming higher highs and higher lows. The beginning of the uptrend can be traced from January 27. In the medium term, ETH is up at least 30% and is holding the selling pressure created by the market panic.
