HONOR’s Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is equipped with industry-leading high-precision automated manufacturing technologies, including an automated assembly machine that can achieve assembly accuracy down to 75 microns.
Automatic battery assembly equipment, which can detect foreign bodies (small to 40 microns) and monitor real-time pressure; It adopts high-precision optical detection, which ensures the safety of manufactured batteries and reduces the safety risks caused by manual operation. 75 percent of the production line was completed using automation, and more than 40 percent of this line was made by HONOR’s own Research and Development team. The company’s new automated production line is capable of producing a smartphone every 28.5 seconds.
By closely monitoring every stage of the assembly line, quality control is ensured from the production stage to the testing stage. When an anomaly is detected, the warning system kicks in and then timely fixes the problem.

Having thoroughly examined the industry and certification standards and the requirements of operator companies, HONOR has established its own quality standards to meet these worldwide policies. The company has more than 600 quality standards, mainly in design, development, materials, manufacturing and user experience.
HONOR Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park has industry-leading laboratories, including a reliability, regulatory and environmental protection laboratory. These laboratories conduct both material and product controls. At the facility, approximately 200 tests are carried out on all materials that come before production, and these tests continue after production.
