MagicOS 7.0 has a more fluid design with flat icons, fluid animations and the new Honor Sans font used throughout the entire UI. The home screen now houses larger folders that are easily accessible. New widgets provide a more customizable experience. The video app comes with built-in editing tool.
A new feature called MagicRing was also announced, which provides seamless file transfer, smart clipboard, search and notification management between devices that received the MagicOS update, Honor laptops and tablets. Added support for split-screen keyboard, smart widget and task manager for folding phone models. Magic Text, which detects the text in the picture and allows the user to save the text in PDF format, is another new feature that will come with the update.
Honor says that thanks to Honor OS TurboX, applications will now open faster and power consumption will decrease system-wide. It is said that thanks to MagicGuard, financial transactions on the phone will be made more secure, the device will be protected against malware and privacy protection will be provided.
