Introducing the Honor 70 series last May, rumors have started to appear that the company is working on Honor 80 series smartphones recently. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, on the other hand, shared the key specs of an upcoming Honor smartphone.Here are the known features of Honor 80 Pro Plus:
A post by Digital Chat Station on Weibo has revealed the features of a phone from Honor’s 80 series. The device, which is expected to be Honor 80 Pro +, will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
According to the tipster, Honor is currently testing a phone with a screen that offers 1.5K resolution. According to the leak, the phone, which may have curved edges, can be equipped with an OLED screen. The device, which will have 12 GB of RAM, will have 100W charging support. However, the battery capacity is not yet known. On the back of the phone, there will be a 200-megapixel main camera. There is no information about other cameras yet.
The tipster had previously hinted that the Honor lineup will include three devices powered by the Dimensity 1080, Snapdragon 778G Plus and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. These devices are expected to be launched under the names Honor 80, Honor 80 Pro and Honor 80 Pro Plus.
