Popular clothing brand H&M will feature its new collection on the metaverse.
The fashion industry is among those showing a keen interest in metaverses and NFTs. Fashion brands are launching their own NFT collection and have started to open stores and run fashion shows in the metaverse. H&M also announced that it will use the metaverse for its new collection.

H&M is collaborating with the Institute of Digital Fashion (IDF) to launch the “The Metaverse Design Story” collection.
The Metaverse Design Story collection was designed in partnership with the Digital Fashion Institute (IDF). The digital collection, highlighted through augmented reality (AR) fashion lenses provided by Snapchat and five augmented reality filters, can be accessed via the H&M app and viewed through AR fashion lenses.
The collection will be available at the GPO mall in Melbourne from 8 December, while the online version will be available in the virtual space from 1 December.
