The young man, who made headlines by following Elon Musk’s plane step by step and posting his location on the internet, is now doing the same for Russian oligarchs. In a new Twitter account he opened, he broadcasts every step of the Russian billionaires live.
The Russian Oligarch Jets account on Twitter is run by 19-year-old Jack Sweeney and provides the jets’ location using public flight information published from the ADS-B Exchange system. Russian billionaires are constantly on the move to avoid being caught by the US due to the sanctions coming from the war. Vladimir Potanin, Norilsk Nickel, Roman Abramovich and seven others are among those whose assets were confiscated, removed from payment systems and restricted in their freedom of movement. The departure of Alexander Abromov’s jet from London to Moscow was also published on his Twitter account.
