Fiat, which shows up with models such as Egea, Doblo and 500E in our country, is one of the most preferred companies all over the world with its affordable price tag. However, this apparently does not apply to the USA. Because the second quarter report, which was announced a short time ago and covers 2023, reveals that the manufacturer could hardly even make sales in the country.
How many cars did Fiat sell in the US?
Stellantis NV, which was founded in January 2021 by the merger of French Groupe PSA and Italian-American Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, shared its financial results on Wednesday, July 26. Reporting sales as FCA US LLC, the company said it sold 434,648 vehicles in the second quarter, up from 408,521 in the same period in 2022.

When we look at the table, we can say that the most remarkable automobile manufacturer Fiat. Because the Italian manufacturer, one of the best-selling brands in our country, was able to sell only 144 vehicles in the USA during this period. Let’s also mention that the rest of these vehicles, except for one, are the 500X model.
Compared to the same period last year, Fiat’s decline is around 42 percent. In short, this is nothing new for the automaker. The company, which is currently experiencing a serious problem in sales in the country, is curious about the step it will take to correct this situation to some extent.
Another company that has experienced a serious drop in sales is Alfa Romeo. The manufacturer was able to sell 2 thousand 311 cars with a decrease of 25 percent in the same period last year. Apart from that, the sales figures of companies such as Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep are quite normal as can be seen.
