In the statement made on the official Twitter account of BtcTurk, it was stated that the access problem was caused by Microsoft Azure. The full description of the company is as follows:
“Due to a technical problem originating from Microsoft Azure, access interruptions are experienced in BtcTurk website and mobile applications. Our technical team and Azure Engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.”
