Guardians of the Galaxy’s Drax is Changing!

We liked Dave Bautista, whom we knew with the ‘Bautista Bomb’ move from the American fighting show WWE at first, and then even more with his role as Drax in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy movie in 2014.

Dave Bautista, who gave life to Drax, really managed to reflect the ‘strong but stupid’ characterization of the character very well. So far, two films of Guardians of the Galaxy have been released on the big screen, and we know that a third will be coming. However, we have bad news.

Dave Bautista will no longer play Drax, so we won’t see him in the 3rd movie

Dave Bautista announced on Instagram that he will no longer play the Drax character. Bautista says in his statement: “I haven’t figured out what to say yet. Everything ended very quickly and I started shooting my new movie before I could digest it. It was the end of a path that changed my life.”

This is actually not the first time Bautista has announced that he will no longer portray the character of Drax. The actor posted on Twitter last year, “Drax isn’t going anywhere. It just won’t be played by the same guy anymore! For God’s sake, I’ll be 54 when GotG 3 comes out! Even now, I feel like my body is starting to sag.”

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 will be the movie that will end the series, but in addition to the characters appearing in Thor 4, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special will also come as a production where we will see all the characters.
