Founded by industry veterans known for PAYDAY: The Heist and PAYDAY 2 , Swedish game developer 10 Chambers released their first 4-player co-op FPS game GTFO as Version 1.0 in 2021. GTFO is set in a terrifying underground facility called The Complex . The game features a team of prisoners whose survival depends on their ability to communicate, coordinate, and count their bullets well, with new expeditions (maps, scenarios, enemies, etc.) 10 Chambers is releasing a major update today featuring ten new expeditions, a new Garden environment, and a fearsome foe with tentacles.
Since launch, 10 Chambers has delivered six major updates as part of the “Rundown concept” and today it’s time for the seventh installment called Rundown 7.0 Rise . The big news about this Rundown is the Gardens environment, which adds flowers and greens to previously cold and dark environments, and two new enemies. One has many tentacles and the other is… Immortal? What’s more, the game will be free to play on Steam from June 16 to June 20.

What kept the GTFO community busy even before the game was released was its story. With Rundown 7.0 Rise, five out of ten expeditions will focus on continuing this story flow, and an expanded localization system will make story elements more accessible for all supported languages. Update; It includes a host of quality-of-life improvements, including new sound effects, a more dynamic music system, animation and graphics enhancements, and clearer visualization of player progress.
