The years-long wait is finally over. Rockstar Games has now officially announced GTA VI, which we have been waiting for all these years and about which we have poured thousands of words. First of all, I should point out that the sudden sharing of the trailer after the leak was a bit disturbing. After all, there is a wait that lasts for years. Rockstar Games kept hiding this game for years. It was unacceptable for such a big company to leak the trailer of the most anticipated game in history. But okay. No negative is more important than GTA VI.
GTA VI will rewrite the rules of the open world genre!
We’ve seen tons of open world games so far. However, the trailer is a clear indication that GTA VI will open a new page in this category. For example, NPCs. The trailer reveals that almost every location in the game will be crowded. To be honest, this didn’t scare me a little. Too crowded means too much chaos.
Of course, how NPCs will behave is also important. In the previous games of the series, our NPC interactions were low. However, past leaks have revealed that we will encounter ultra-advanced NPCs in GTA VI. My personal opinion on this is that not everyone will be running around at the slightest hint of a gun being drawn. I think if we pull a gun in the middle of the street, an NPC will also pull a gun on us. As a result, individual armament is quite common in the USA.
Vehicles in the game will exceed expectations
Rockstar Games was already good at adapting cars into games. The company has not dealt with brand licensing so far and I expect it to be the same this time. However, at first glance, GTA VI’s automobile realism seems to have increased a little more. Branded vehicles such as Porsche, Dodge and Ferrari can be seen much more clearly.
The released trailer revealed that we can make vehicle modifications, but we do not know exactly to what extent this will be possible. If we’ve been waiting for this game since 2013, we may well want this system to become much better. Showing car-related activities in the trailer makes us think that Rockstar cares about this too.
Is there a need for social media pushes?
Rockstar Games’ GTA VI trailer shows that the game will feature social media platforms. Yes, it is a good step to ensure realism. Especially now that a social network has been created where Reels-style sharing is made… However, this seems a bit forced to me. We are already addicted to social media in our daily lives. Is there a need to highlight this in the game?

There is a detail in the GTA VI trailer that makes us think we can enter buildings. A group of them are partying in a very high place. If you remember, I said at the beginning of the content that the rules of the open world of GTA VI would be rewritten. This is one of the clearest indicators. Being able to enter buildings, even partially, will seriously change our gaming experience.
Where is Tommy Vercetti?
We headed to Vice City again with GTA VI. That being the case, the first thing that came to my mind was Tommy Vercetti. Vercetti, the main character of GTA Vice City, released in 2002, established a huge empire at the end of the game. This is one of the things I’m most curious about in GTA VI. How will GTA VI reference Tommy Vercetti?
Vercetti was a character born in 1951. Since GTA VI takes place in the present day, we can say that this character is either dead or very old. If I have the opportunity to play this game in 2025, the first thing I will do is visit all the cemeteries in the game. Unless, of course, the story of the game is somehow connected to Tommy Vercetti…
Since there are two leads in the new story, split screen support should also be provided.
The trailer revealed that there will be two leads in the game. However, we do not know yet how these two characters will be presented. My personal opinion is that these characters will almost always be together, unlike GTA 5. On what basis did I say this? We see in the trailer that our couple is in love. That being the case, I would like to see split-screen support for the game’s story mode. In this way, I can establish my own criminal kingdom with my wife in an environment where I am completely free.
If I had to summarize what I have written so far, GTA VI will appear as a game worth waiting for. Players will be able to spend months and even years in GTA VI. The most awaited game in the video game world will be a production worthy of its glory.
