Death Stranding: Director’s Cut announced for Mac
Metal 3, which was announced with macOS Mojave last year, attracted the attention of developers with its technologies such as MetalFX, and successful productions such as Resident Evil Village and No Man’s Sky came to the macOS platform. Apple now brings an amazing game to the macOS platform.
At the WWDC event, Hideo Kojima announced that Death Stranding: Director’s Cut is coming to Mac devices powered by Apple Silicon. The device, which is expected to work even on the M1 MacBook Air with the MetalFX resolution scaler, will be available for pre-order in the App Store in the coming weeks. The release date of the game is not yet known. Apart from Death Stranding, macOS will soon have the successful production Stray. It seems that Apple is determined to make the Mac a more attractive ecosystem for gamers.
